Infinite Leader Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the program the Infinite Leaders Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Affiliate Eligibility: To join our Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

1.2. Application: Your application to the Affiliate Program is subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1. Promotion: As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote and market our products through your website, social media, email marketing, or other approved channels.

2.2. Ethical Conduct: You must not engage in any form of unethical or illegal marketing, including but not limited to spamming, misleading advertisements, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

2.3. Brand Representation: You must represent our brand accurately and refrain from making false or misleading claims about our products.

2.4. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

3. Commissions

3.1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The specific commission rate will be communicated to you before and/or after acceptance into the Affiliate Program.

3.2. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis.

3.3. Refunds and Chargebacks: If a sale is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your future payouts.

3.4. Tracking: Sales are tracked using cookies, which have a 90-day expiration period. If a customer makes a purchase after the cookie expires, the sale will not be attributed to the affiliate.

4. Affiliate Link Usage

4.1. Unique Links: You will be provided with a unique affiliate link that must be used to track sales. You are responsible for ensuring that your link is properly implemented.

4.2. Link Misuse: You may not alter or modify your affiliate link. Any misuse or unauthorized changes to the affiliate link may result in disqualification from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of commissions.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by providing written notice to us.

5.2. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. Causes for termination may include, but are not limited to, unethical behavior, fraud, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

5.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions, and all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will cease immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products under these Terms & Conditions.

6.2. Restrictions: You may not use our trademarks, logos, or marketing materials in any way that is deceptive, misleading, or damaging to our brand.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Confidential Information: You may have access to confidential information about our business, products, and customers. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Disclaimer: We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any products sold through the program. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

9. Indemnification

9.1. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Affiliate Program, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any law or regulation.

10. Governing Law

10.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Affiliate Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State, USA.

11. Amendments

11.1. Changes: We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

12. Entire Agreement

12.1. Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinite Leaders regarding your participation in the Affiliate Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
